Disillusioned

It's been way past the standard 7 to 10 working days my request to downgrade my private account to a platinum had been submitted, followed up by more than 3 phone calls (to follow-up), but the "systems" keep being " off ".What was being sold as the golden standard in having access to your "own private Banker", turned out to be yet another mediocre marketing gimmick! Shame on you Fnb. With the exorbitant banking fees, myself, as thousand of other Citizens out there, are exercising our constitutional rights to adjust our finances to tailor them according to our current financial needs, and it seems the banks are surely still just thinking about their bottom line, at our expense. Funny how when they offered to upgrade my initial account, the systems were working at full speed yet now that I'm no longer willing to play ball, I'm being held ransom untill it suits them to "release" me from this shackles I finally started to feel dragging me down financially... Strange how such huge operation can still manage it's daily functions without these crucial systems that keep being "off", with a tag line of "How can we help you ". Please do better Fnb, because I'm sure you can... Just start to show the financial will.
