Dishornored Debit Orders Despit Positive Balance on the Account

I made funds available for insurance pro rata and the insurance company lodged the debit order however it was reversed sighting insufficient funds even though my business account had funds and there was also extra charges incurred . This is despite the fact that there were sufficient funds in the account even after levying the charges the balance was still in excess of the debit orders
