Dishonesty and false adverti*****t

This review was posted in May 2021 but fnb decided to take for granted and promise they will call me but to date nothing was done. Fnb am still waiting for answers.

Dishonesty and false advertising

On or around 2020/12/10 I opened FNB Premier Cheque Account after I received an sms like"Open an FNB Premier Account & Get 500MB, 30 MIN & 30 SMSs FREE PM + R2000 to help you move.Reply YES = Call / Stop = Opt Out.Free SMS applies.Ts&Cs apply". I opened the account moved my salary to their bank starting from February 20. However to date I have never received the R2000 promised, and the data, free mins and smses. FNB is using a very wrong and bad way of getting people to open their accounts. I am not happy and very much disappointed in FNB. I don't think I will ever trust them or advice someone to believe FNB when they promise something. FNB I want my R2000 and all that you promised which made me to open that account.
