Dishonesty and false advertising

On or around 2020/12/10 I opened FNB Premier Cheque Account after I received an sms like"Open an FNB Premier Account & Get 500MB, 30 MIN & 30 SMSs FREE PM + R2000 to help you move.Reply YES = Call / Stop = Opt Out.Free SMS applies.Ts&Cs apply". I opened the account moved my salary to their bank starting from February 20. However to date I have never received the R2000 promised, and the data, free mins and smses. FNB is using a very wrong and bad way of getting people to open their accounts. I am not happy and very much disappointed in FNB. I don't think I will ever trust them or advice someone to believe FNB when they promise something. FNB I want my R2000 and all that you promised which made me to open that account.

FNB is a ****. Now you coming with stories. I did send my document for switching my debit orders by submitting them at Westgate branch. But nothing was never been done, I even called but no one was able to assist me to show that you ******. You just wanted me to open that account with high monthly fees for you to gain by lying about R2000. I want you to reverse all the charges you received from me since the account was opened and close the account.

I am still waiting for the call promised to me that I will be contacted on the week of the 3rd May 2021,however it's now almost two weeks without receiving a call. Fnb takes me for granted. This matrer will not end here with you been quite. I will take this up. I will expose you for this false adverti*****t and etc. I need answers immediately.
