dishonest teller
So we went into the bank to re fika our account on FNB'S request. The teller, at the horizon view branch on Saturday 15 August, teller no 6, then told us about the new revolving loan. We said no we are not interested. And explained why. The next thing, he asked me to sign on the electronic pad which I did, thinkiNg it was for FIKA. We then asked for documentation on what we signed for and very reluctantly he gave us the documentation. In the car we looked and it was for the revolving credit loan we clearly told him we were not interested in and didn't want.

The manager sorted it out and cancelled it for us but we are concerned that FNB has ******** tellers trying their luck on people's accounts. Of course he did it because he knew he could get commission from the loan if we used it. Or maybe even use the money himself. Who knows. It's concerning that he gave us the loan and made us sign for it when we thought we were signing for fika and said no to the loan. And that he was reluctant to hand over documentation. People like that shouldn't be allowed to work for a bank.
