Dishonest FNB

This is an ongoing complaint which FNB keeps on "misunderstand" or simply refuse to take responsibility

I received the above letter from FNB. First is that I am not a Mr. Really, I am so tired of explaining their job to them. They are lying in our faces here. I have sent them two emails requesting they conduct business by email as I am unable to pick up my phone during working hours Secondly: I did send proof of payments of my salary as well as all the document requested. Do you really want me to go through each email and get you the date and what was said and sent? Each paper and each document you asked for was sent. Then you wanted the REFERENCE NUMBER WHICH WAS used to pay my salary and there seems to be the BIG MISUNDERSTANDING as you do not realise that I just did sent it in that email. I said I am unable to trace from 2019 to date all the statements and payments, not that I am unable to and it was paid into a FNB account – so why can’t FNB trace my payments. You even have my work contracts. You are dishonest FNB.
