Dishonest feedback

However happy I may be with the banking side, i am utterly disgusted at their vehicle license renewal team. After sitting on my renewal from the 19th Of June, they now send a refund claiming that my proof of address is not in the same place where the license renewal must be done. Roodepoort is in Gauteng, my car is registered in Gauteng. The utter dishonesty on this and now I have to pay penalties. FNB dont even provide interest for the time they held my money. I must now suffer financial penalties because of the dishonest incompetence of this company. I am disgusted at this behavior from a compang ive trusted and vouched for.
