Dishonest Covid-19

Covid-19 relief is *****. The biggest issue with these people is that you cannot contact them. They have no phone number or email address. You contact them ONLY through the FNB app and you can ONLY choose their limited options. There is definitely NO OPTION: Contact me. Last month they registered a loan against my name for a HUGE amount. Much bigger than what I app**** for and MUCH, MUCH, MUCH bigger than the amount I received from the relief fund. There is no break-down of the amount or any indication how the amount was calculated. This is pure dishonesty. I refuse to pay this mysterious amount.
