Dishonest behaviour: not updating account that has been paid

After several month of going through all the motions of getting all my accounts up to date, and closed . I am still "not in good standing" because of tehir legal nonsence. Seems they keep punishing me for missing a couple of payments, even though ithas been resolved.

And after 2 months now only they tell me oh no its gonna tae years to get your reputation back.

How absolutely dishonest. Giving people discounts and then holding them against you..
