Dishonest bank

I'm really trying to understand why you are fooling customers about debit order reversals. I have every right to reverse a debit order that's gone off twice in my account. You get transferred to the department and the keep you on the line until you give no one answers the phones. This is all done on purpose. Fnb has become a money hungry dishonest bank.
