Dishonest and lie to fool you to upgrade your credit card

It has now been a while that FNB has tried me to upgrade my credit card from platinum to premier. But I resisted until 2 or 3 weeks ago when I again was called. FNB selling point? Cheaper bank charges. but I know of better and I asked the sales person about what is my new interest rate going to be if I upgrade. She told me that my current rate on the platinum was 18% and my new rate would also be 18% per year. I asked her to double check please and she said it will be 18%.

Just received my first statement on my new card. Guess what the new interest rate is? 20%.

So not only was I duped into upgrading my card to save R19 bank charges, but I was **** to in my face about the interest rate. Disgusting. Really disgusting from FNB and this is just Fruad and if this matter is not resolved I will obtain a copy of the call and lay charges of Fruad against the CEO of FNB.

I work hard for my money and is not just going to give it away!!!
