Dishonest and disrespecful

Loans and finance department only cares about getting money instead of assisting their consistent clients. They made me wait for 7 days for action which they later said Noone bothered to handle after 7 days of waiting, then they start passing you from one person to another saying we will all or email you and Noone does this circus is draining from an entity of your calibre you have dishonest employees who are either lazy to do their jobs or simply do not care. Loans and finance departments needs to show some professionalism. Now they drop calls on me, someone is running this department like their backroom business.
