Dishonest

I bought a property last year in May (it got approved in August) I went with FNB as I have other products of theirs And I wanted the 50% of my first installment back as ebucks. I got a call from soemone at FNB who Told me that id get this if i went with FNB (over a recorded line). Sept was the first installment due . . 2nd installment in October and I asked about this ebucks . . I was told the 2nd installment needed to clear so I had to give it time. Pressed the matter in the 3rd month and I got sent email from "Mogau Shakoane" who told me I will not be receiving what I was promised. I emailed the back telling them that is honestly ***** because I was told this over a recorded line.

No response from FNB or their staff . . For someone with 3 products with yourselves (and planned on taking more) this is really a Massive red flag! And I'd like this matter rectified
