Dishonest

I hv a loan with FNB ,the was time i could not afford and they handed me over to their lawyers.TheIR lawyers called me and we had an arrangement and since then i have been honoring our agreement. This morning when i woke up only to find out that FNB HAS DEDUCTED ALL THE MONEY OWING TO THEM.

Before i noticed that FNB hs been deducting from my acc nd i called their lawyers to let them know and they came back to to say that the problem has been resolved ,FNB WONT DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT ANYMORE.I continued honoring my payment with their lawyers.Until today saw that they deducted from my account the whole amount and i didn't budget for that as i indicated to their lawyers that i will only afford certain amount monthly. This morning i went to the Branch and they confirmed to me that there was double deductions and they will investigate and it will take 5days.I am not happy at all and i called their lawyers and they say there is nothing they can do about it.What the hell?If i was told that FNB WILL ALSO DEDUCT I WOULD HAVE MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY .WHY HAND ME OVER WHILE YOU KNOW YOU WILL ALSO DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT...I WAS HAPPY WITH FNB SINCE I WAS A STUDENT not today
