Disheartening news

I was a fairy happy FNB client for 20 years with a number of accounts.

I recently app**** for a Building Loan and although pre-approved, assessors declined a month and a half later during which i resubmitted many same docs for no valid reason.

The reason for decline status is vary vague and am left with many questions:

''the Bank limits it’s risk in certain areas due to a variety of factors, which can include location and nature of the property; exposure in any given area; factors affecting the valuation; and resale capability of the property, etc. In this case the fact that the customer is applying for a building loan given the limitation of our risk in the area means that the application falls outside the scope of our policy.

I understand your concerns that the customer has gone through all the effort and costs relating to the documentation etc, but these risks can sometimes only be determined at valuation stage, which happens towards the end of the process. I unfortunately cannot motivate to overturn a policy issue.''

This was the only response i received

On top of this my bank account has been hacked by a 'telkommobi ********** 07 ' reference deducting money from my account for the last 3months. The bank manage to reverse every deposit but it keeps deducting.

I did put all my hope in FNB to support a very good client. But i am disappointed.
