I recently encountered a deeply troubling issue with FNB Bank that has left me feeling disheartened and unfairly treated. I engaged in a transaction involving the sale of USDT (Tether) to an individual, unaware at the time that selling crypto through FNB was against the bank's rules. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by providing evidence of my innocence and apologizing, both the bank and the individual have accused me of misconduct.

The individual with whom I transacted has falsely claimed that I stole money, which is entirely untrue as I sold them USDT through legitimate means. This accusation has led to a significant loss for me, both in terms of the USDT coins and the monetary value, totaling R19,500.

What is most disheartening about this situation is the lack of support and understanding from FNB Bank. Despite providing evidence of my innocence, I have been met with accusations and unfair treatment. It seems that I am being targeted by both the bank and the individual involved in the transaction.
