Disheartening Bad Service at FNB

I had a very disheartening experience at FNB Limpopo Mall branch last month.

I then went to Mokopane Branch for further assistance and they asked me to write a letter of complaint of which i did. The lady by the name of Matete phoned me once and promise to revert to me and she never did.

I am still awaiting feedback since

Am very disappointed with the level service at FNB branches especially at Limpopo Mall. It looks like bad service start from the top level and filters through to the consultants. No one cares in this branch.
