Disheartened Client

<p>After having my initial home loan declined, due to the adverse "structural comments" made by the valuator. I took the liberty to obtain the developer's pack to prove the strength of the facility, basically what a service consultant should've done is the complete opposite to what Molatelo Maake did. Perhaps, that really isn't part of his job description but you get satisfied clients by going the extra mile . . . This gentleman made sure he goes nothing further than a millimeter. </p> <p> </p> <p>Nonetheless, I have received my final approval and have been trying to get a hold of Molatelo Maake to gain assistance and advice, which I now believe is part of his job description unless I may be confused. I am a first time home buyer with tons of questions and NO ASSISTANCE from a sales consultant. This man, just has no zill to go the extra mile . . . for first-time buyer, some patience would assist. Not with this tyrant of a consultant who cannot call to follow up on a client!</p> <p> </p> <p>No need to escalate this, nothing might be done instead I will be called and assisted by hopefully a better consultant correcting the mistakes of Molatelo Maake of Housing Finance.
