Disguted Customer

For some reason a hold was put on my account on saturday,two hours on the phone numerous emails and even a branch visIt could not resolve this.Every one talk to just gives me the runaround,i am still waiting for the so called team to get back to me.Meanwhile i can not access my funds.Is this the way you treat customers ???
