Disgustingly Poor Service Online Banking

I wanted a new laptop to be loaded with TrendMicro as on the Online Banking Website. After loading the software and verifying the laptop it needs a validation number which Online Banking is supposed to supply. This was not available in my Online Banking as it should have been and 3 call centre people did not know how to fix it. I was using the Banking App to call FNB and 3 times it dropped the call. When I asked the operator to call me back if the line was lost, I was told this was not possible!! So each time I have to start fresh. Nothing they told me to do helped. Meanwhile the cellphone cost just mounted.

********** NF Thank you, I got a prompt reply to the complaint and, would you believe, a call back about it! The problem turned out to be a system error for which a 'fix' was executed over the weekend and yesterday I got the code I needed to validate Trend Micro. Then a lady phoned me (sorry, I missed her name) to apologise for the problem as I had rated one of the people I spoke to at 1. One thing I forgot to ask her - is there a timeout in place on calls such that they automatically drop? Or was is it FNB Connect that dropped my 3 calls?
