Disgustingly high bank charges

I received an EFT cash of R1140 from abroad and FNB charged me R350 for this deposit. This is a total ripoff and when I tried to complain via the app it tells me that function is not available. I am unemployed and this is my only monies and I refuse to spend more money on airtime calling them. Do not deal with this bank.
