Disgusting, untrained, unhelpful, arrogant staff

Received a harassing sms falsely accusing me of reaching a committment with them to pay a certain amount of money by 15th April 2015. I DEMAND that management listen to the recording of the conversation with the ***********, arrogant, boorish consultant. They must tell me where this argreement was reached. I am so furious with this lying, dirty, filthy, gentleman and his attitude. He beat around the bush and couldn't even understand simple English. I asked for a manager and he told me he would get one to call me, but instead I receive a harrassing false, stupid SMS which is without base. Hello. Anyone out there?
