disgusting treatment by FNB

Once again first national bank have shown just how much they do not care and their slogan how can we help you is nothing but meaningless words.

I have business accounts with FNB and a private clients cheque account and credit card and have in 10 days not been able to contact my business banking manager even though I have left several messages for her and customer care have said they have sent her several emails.

Shame on you Mrs Pearce from FNB beach branch.

Fnb ********ly debited my business account with R 75 353.70 and I cannot discuss this with any one who can help me and I have made 26 phone calls.

I was told to send an email with diocumentary proof to **********

I have send several emails only to be told today by Tebogo at credit card collections that the email is no longer used as all querries are done telephonically and yet she failed to help me saying I should speak to my manager.

My business is going backwards because of this and yet no one can offer any help.

So where to from here.

I have called the banking ombudsman who agrees the Bank acted contrary to normal banking procedures and will now complete the forms to report the bank but they require all internal procedures of the bank be followed but if no one can help you how does one follow any procedures.

Shame on you FNB you do not give a damn thats a fact.
