Disgusting Teller Service

FNB Northgate today 23 September 2022. The service at the teller section is distasteful. Arrived at 13h04 and it’s now 15h50 still waiting only 1 teller and plenty staff members roaming around. What nonsense is this, honestly you do not take customer service serious.
