DISGUSTING STAFF MEMBER.WORST HELP EVER WITH FNB FOREX

Hi. I had absolutely disgusting treatment Thursday 14:35. After i have waited 7 minutes online some rude staff member answered me and shout at me on the phone regarding to my forex application i have done. I ABSOLUTELY WANT THAT LADY'S NAME!She is absolutely disgusting and does not deserve FNB at all. I am with FNB over 10 years and i never ever felt so insulted by service consultant like that. That person will call me or i ll cut all my relationship with FNB from Monday. This is absolutely disgusting!
