NEVER trust FNB connect. They say an application for a cellphone is successful when you apply, but a week later when you follow up on the delivery they tell you "No you don't qualify" Their system really needs to be upgraded and should tell a person there and then whether they do qualify or not, instead of giving them false hope But yet they can give funeral cover and have it increased without a problem. I suppose when there is a claim they will say "I DON'T QUALIFY"
