Disgusting Servicve
I am totally disgusted by FNB. I called in the 28th/29th May asking how much i need to pay on my Revolving Loan. They gave me the amount i needed to pay.i Also confirmed with agent i was speaking to. Asking if i pay this amount will the account be up to date and she said yes. So i made a payment on the 29th settling the arrears. This morning i get a call from Blake and Associates telling me they calling on behalf of FNB with regards to my Revolving Loan account. What a flipping Joke FNB is. First the agent gives me the incorrect information. Train your people properly now i am suffering. i just wanna pay you guys finished and have no business ever with you. Totally disgusted in your service.
