Disgusting service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I am shocked at the service I received after contacting FNB Customer Service. The women I spoke to was extremely rude and unwilling to assist. If this is the service I am paying for then I would much rather cancel all my accounts and move to a bank where their customer service staff don't say 'now what do you expect us to do' when what I asked was a simple question and not out of the ordinary.
