Disgusting service - no one wants to assist me

I have been trying to follow up on a charge that went off on my cheque account. I have filled in all the necessary proof and forms in order for it to be done its been more than 5 days. When I email I get no reply and when i call i get transferred from person to person because no one wants to actually help me
