DISGUSTING SERVICE MALL OF AFRICA

I am still awaiting for my feedback from mall of africa I have received nothing but ridiculous service from them , I dont understand if they think I am not that important neither is the money that was taken from my account. May I please have my money so I can cancel all my services from FNB all you know is sending us message that we qualify for an upgrade how do j even begin to upgrade when I have been receiving nothing but disgusting service, that means now they gonna withdraw all my money yet again
