Disgusting service, lazy and *********** staff @ FNB Homeleans

We are getting the most horrible service from FNB Homeloans, our house was sold in October 2019 and since then it has been 1 excuse after another. Firstly they told us that THEY lost the title deed and they dragged their feet until some offices were closed for the festive season, it’s only after we lodged a complaint in February 2020 that they then pretended to be interested in doing their jobs and the query was escalated, after more calls, emails and follow ups then the staff at FNB went back to doing what they do best - NOTHING! Now when we follow up we’re told that nothing is happening because of the lockdown, apparently the country went on lockdown at the end of March 2020 but FNB has been on lockdown from October 2019. What disgusts me the most is the absolute disregard for our situation, no one cares because everyone gets their salary on the 20th of each month, so whether we struggle or lose out on buying another house because of these delays that have nothing to do with us is not their business. I guess the colour of my skin constantly puts me at the back of the line at FNB.
