DISGUSTING SERVICE GIVEN BY FNB CONSULTANT.

Hi

On Friday The 13th of May 2016, me and my business partner went to this Fnb in Charlotte Maxeke street Bloemfontein to open a business account. Got there and we were given a ticket and we were no:295. We literally waited 20/25 minutes before we were called to the consultant.

We were called by a consultant named CYNTHIA LEPHOI. We got to her desk and she asked what she can assist us with. we nice mentioned that we wanted to open a business account. then her facial expressions started to change. She asked if we had all the documents with us and wwe obviously did. she then mentioned that we had to make and appointment to open abusiness account and we obviously were stunned as to since when were we supposed to make and appointment to do that. thsi was not our first time opening a business account. then my partner asked when did this "new system" start and why were we not told at the door when we wrere given the ticket because they asked what we were there do to. she then said the lady at the door must have forgoten to mention it to us. Then we continued to question this " account opening appoiintment" thing. Cynthi Lephoi started to make up stories to say it would take us up to 3 hours to open an account. then we asked if they were offline and she said no. we started question that 3 hours thing and she kept on telling us stories that did not add up at all. she continued to say that it will be up to 30 minutes at most and then changed her story to say it is because her cco-workers are going on lunch and there were other customers on line waiting to be assisted.

our big question was that why is our problem that they were under staffed and we had to be pushed away. Why did Cynthia Lephoi from FNB Charlotte Maxeke had to make it our problem that they were under stuffed and her co workers were going on lunch. her rude tone of voice made us even furious because she treated us as if we were less important in that branch.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WITH THIS. WE CHOOSE FNB BECAUSE WE TRUSTEDTHEIR SERVICES FROM THE FIRST 2 BUSINESS ACCOUNTS WE OPENED THERE SO OW JUST BECAUSE SHE FELT SHE DID NOT WANT TO WORK SHE GAVE US RIDICULOUS EXCUSES.

SOMEONE PEASE SEE TO IT THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Persia
