DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM THE TEAMLEADER MPHO!!!!

FNB teamleader Mpho from debit order department is the rudest and most disgusting service for a leader. After a debit order dispute with the branch we were told the debit order will not go off on the 31st of November. The debit order went off and we called FNB and requested to speak to the teamleader after the consultant was visibly rude and irate. Mpho was no different from his consultant and after I told him we were promised that this debit order will not go off he still told us there's nothing FNB can do. After I told him I will hold while he sorts this out because FNB promised us that the debit order will not go off. After a back and forth and Mpho refusing to listen he dropped the call while I was speaking. We need this debit order reversed ASAP as per FNB's promise that it will not go off.
