DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM FNB!!!

If I could, I would give FNB ZERO. I have been calling, emailing, using the Secure Chat trying to get a settlement letter for my overdraft facility with no success. I am beyond annoyed at the horrible service this bank is subjecting me to. All I need is a settlement letter for account number: ***. I cannot wait to be done with this bank.
