Disgusting service from FNB

Totally disgusted with FNB at a time where we are all stressed and require assistance. I app**** for the covid relief fund, it was approved and the account is reflecting but none of my debit orders have been deducted from the relief fund, it has been deduced off my transactional account and to make things even worse, the installment for the covid relief fund loan has been deducted off my account today. The contract stated 1st installment in July. FNB have taken funds off my account for a loan that has not even been used and they have also went against their contract terms. I am now even more short to fulfill my commitments. Does FNB not realize that people are so stressed and emotionally drained and they are causing more stress by being so ***********. You cannot get through to them to even discuss. I will definitely be changing banks. Disgusted with FNB.
