disgusting service from FNB

it is becoming a nightmare trying to open a business account with FNB, they claim to be many things they are not . it has been over 3 weeks now and i am still having issues getting a business account open . i have tried the secure chat and called the helpdesk both of which i have rerouted +- 100 times (jokes aside) and still no resolution. i have also laid a complaint on the fnb site and once again no feedback. i am in the process of opening an account with ABSA bank because i have lost so much of work/payments due to this delay. no business or person wants to do business with me if i dont have a bank account .
