Disgusting service from FNB

I have a query on my home loan/ PC structured loan. Called in numerous times to be told only my banker can assist. His phone is on voicemail, office number listed does not exist! Email has an out of office response. In the entire of FNB there is not a single person who can assist in the banker's absence! I have never received such pathetic service. Paying a monthly fee for access to a banker who can not be bothered
