disgusting service from FNB

I have logged 2 complaints about the FNB connect department, regarding my paid up phone contract! Appalling service! my complaint was acknowledged, but they call me 1x in the mornings when I am busy, then say they can't reach me and close my complaint!

after 15+ years you would expect this bank to have some sort of care for a customer, but we are all numbers to them!

I am so sick to try and solve a simple query, what do you do with all your billions? your apathy is shameful and disgusting! I will escalate this to high as possible until my issue is resolved!

Your service sucks FNB! we are only money and numbers to you! I should move my portfolio to another bank as soon as possible!
