DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM FNB

Shocked at the service received from this Bank. Sent an email 2 months ago regarding updating of my payments on the credit bureau.Payments are made every single month for 3 years on my Revolving Loans and credit card,yet they don't update the credit bureau and my experian report shows missed payment every single month.

Please I need someone to contact me urgently regarding this issue. Your consultants used to respond to emails 2 months ago,but stopped responding to my email completely.
