Disgusting service from FNB

My 93 year old mother has been sitting in your Walmer Park branch in Port Elizabeth, for OVER an HOUR, in the line, waiting to be helped. Is this how FNB treat senior citizens? How disgraceful. I live in CPT, I tried to solve the problem by calling the Call Centre, but they insisted that she has to go into the branch.
