Disgusting service from FNB

Hello Peter FNB Has disappoint me Again with the poor service that they provide. I went to the bank today at Vryheid Branch to as for Bank Statements as well as paid up letters for my previous loan. The lady's who are always moody sent me to their Phone instructed me to call center. The time was 12h00 and ugences on the were all failing to get me the documents I needed. Up until 17:00 PM where the last one left me waiting on the phone knowing clear that it was knock off time for her. I didn't get what I was looking for.
