Disgusting service from FNB

The Atm at the Queensburgh branch in Durban swallowed up R 9 800 of my cash that I tried to deposit. Instead of refunding me my money the same time , they make me fill a form and now wait for my money due to their negligent machine and incompetence!!!!!!!!!!!! It is the Christmas period and they have taken my R 9800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
