Disgusting service from Direct Axis and FNB

I received an email from *** stating that If I switch my transactional account to FNB, I could get 3 months of my DirectAxis loan repayments* paid back to me in cash

To Qualify I should switch my salary and activate 2 debit orders which I did. FNB and Direct Axis have been quiet ever since I did all they asked for

I have made several phone calls to both Direct axis and FNB but they have decided to ignore me

I regret leaving standard bank to deal with this nonsense
