DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM BRANCH MANAGER AT STANFORD SQUARE PE

So this is the 3rd Payshap issue i have had with FNB. The last time i waited 6 business days for it to be paid over. This after going to the Standford Square branch in PE and dealing with Thundoxolo Palamente the branch manager. He told me then that the money is lying with ABSA in their suspense account. I did my due diligence. Called Absa then and again today. They do not have a suspense account!! They also cannot access my FNB account to view my transactions and do anything because the money was not sent from their side. Yesterday, 16th April, i did another payshap payment, at 10h53am. Till now, 17th April 09h45 still not reflecting in hubbys ABSA account. I went to Thanduxolo yesterday, who was advised that I was their. He told his staff to tell me he was busy with a persentation. When i asked what time i could return, they could not give me a time. So i returned this morning. When he came out to see me, he was already irate. Didnt want to give me a chance to speak after I told him i have another payshap payment that was not paid. Once again, told me to go to ABSA and its their fault. I tried speaking to him to tell him that I already spoke to ABSA but he was more interested in telling me what happened the last time and that there is nothing that FNB can do. He literally shouted at me and refused to give me a word in edgewise. I told him that I am not happy with the manner I am being dealt with by my bank and how he is speaking to me and that I am going to close my account. To which he rep**** that I could come back to him and he will happily close my account for me!!! Is this how you train your staff to deal with disputes? FNB contacted me 10 days after the last payshap payment was paid to tell me it was paid. Really? Customer centricity doesnt exist within your company anymore. You treat your clients like dirt!!! or rather a pesty little fly. Cause clearly you have enough clients. I am not happy to say the least. I also sent an email yesterday to which up until now, have received no response. Secure chat is a joke. They said yesterday they would escalate it, but once again, did not even provide me with a reference number.

Reviewer Update
Thank you for a reference number, and I am sure I will get a response within 6 business days again. Once this payment has been sorted i will no longer have FNB as my main transactional account. I have just opened an account with a different bank. FNB clearly do not value their clients and have proven it over and over again to me. Despite me having faith that the same situation will not be repeated and giving FNB another chance. Enough is enough. If this was a romantic relationship I would be a fool expecting you, my partner, to treat me better if your actions were to be viewed as how you felt about me!!
