Disgusting Service For Private Client

I am appaulled by the way FNB is managing a recent case of ***** on my card. I have been a private client and when I finally need it its useless. They reversed and rededucted amounts multiple times. Private banker says I need to call ***** line. Call centre sends ne through 3 different people with no help. I need to switch banks asap
