Disgusting service fnb premier

Disgusting service from fnb premier. Complaint reference ***NF still not resolved 5 MONTHS LATER!!!! One of your agents called me to upgrade my account to premier in May, never bothered to close the gold account you guys still charged me bank fees for the gold account becuase of this... Logged a complaint,your resolution department made one petty missed call and I called your resolution department more than once, your phone just drops. I left me more than 3 messages on your system. No one bother to call back or get this resolved. Clearly fnb doesn't care about customer service or resolving an issue they created. You guys need to resolve this and reverse my fees.
