Disgusting SERVICE FNB

Once gain I contacted FNB as I had a query, I decided to go via the secure chat ... to say the least AGAIN I am disgusted, I started my query @12.55 went on for more than 40min then I gave up........ I was being asked the same questions over and over !!!!pasting the issue i had into the window of our discussion being transferred 5 times , repeating the whole issue I had over and over....why do you offer a service where you are not able to help your clients FNB???? This is a direct result of your MANAGEMENT !! Teach your staff properly..............
