Disgusting service

Fnb does not care about their customers, I'm definitely closing my account. Banking with FNB is frustrating, the service is disgusting. I have a matter that's been pending since January, i have not received any assistance or feedback all i got is a reference number and a promise to escalate the matter further but nothing happens. I have been on the phone now with their call center for over 50 minutes, I'm being transferred from one department to another but I am not getting assistance. Every time i get transferred I have to start all over again and explain what my problem is. FNB your service is pathetic, your call centre agents are unhelpful!!!
