Disgusting service

I'm new to this bank but I can tell their service is so bad. I've been debited from some company. I told them( the bank) that the agreement between myself and the company is not met. I need to reverse my money they did not. They further advised I make a affidavit. Of which I did. but now I went to the bank to submit it, only to be greeted by Mathapelo from maponya branch she is not trained on customer service. I told her to ask someone else at the branch she bluntly refused said that the other person will tell me the same thing. so meaning fnb maponya staff they not well trained . All of the including rlthe manager? I so disgusted by this.
