Disgusting service

Fnb is by far the worst bank. I have debit orders going off that need to be reversed you are constantly ridirected. They say do it via covid 19 app done that still no reversal then I phoned in more than once constantly being disconnected and using all my airtime to get no where. Its been more than a week and I am still waiting for my money yo be reversed. I qualified for covid relief fund but yet I still pay for my bank charges nothing is being deducted from the covid. And I will not pay back something I havent used. Im waiting for my MY MONEY to be reversed please take note FNB its my MONEY. And I decide what I do with it. Hereafter I will definitely be closing my account with you.
